VINx2 Lease Purchase

Our lease plan requires no capital expenditure on your part. That's right, no capital outlay. With the leased option you can pay in monthly or quarterly instalments and rest assured that you'll receive the full VINx2 service. What's more, the monthly fee can be deducted as an operating expense. With plans starting from $300 per month you can upgrade to VINx2 for relative little outlay. Request a quote today.

VINx2 Outright Purchase

With this option VINx2 can be purchased outright with an optional support and maintenance contract after our standard 12 month warranty period. While this option is best suited to larger wine companies, our base package is affordable for small to medium wineries and includes two user accounts. We have clients crushing from 120 to more than 20,000 tonnes who have adopted this option and we would be more than happy to provide you with a detailed quote.

Let us host VINx2 for you

Because we leverage modern technology you can opt to have your VINx2 database run locally at your winery or hosted by us on one of our secure Internet servers. When you host your VINx2 database with us we manage all backups and take care of the computer system for you. It's all part of the service. If you don't have a suitable Internet connection then we'll work with you to identify the most suitable computer to get VINx2 up and running on.

Take control of your bottom line: track wine production costs

VINx2 allows you to report on the production costs for your bulk or packaged wine. This valuable information will allow you to target particular areas of production and decide where savings can be made. All this is achieved without your winemakers or cellar hands having to get their hands dirty in the accounts side of the system - it's all taken care of for them. Improve your winery lab workflow with labels printed direct from VINx2

VINx2 provides support for you to print lab labels for wine samples direct from VINx2. Lab labels can be printed ad-hoc for any wine or as part of operations such as movements and additions where samples are typically taken. The supported printer is the DYMO Label Writer 400 Turbo and we recommend sourcing the removable labels such as 120221R-6 (REMOVABLE LABELS 54X101MM 220/ROLL) from Label City.

Organic and bio-dynamic wine traceability

VINx2 has very detailed winery traceability right down to the individual block / sub-block level. For production we track the organic certification of blocks including the date they were certified and whether or not the block has been flagged as bio-dynamic. This information is then retained throughout crush, blending and bottling so that a detailed history of each wine can be retrieved with the click of a button. Additives can be flagged as an Allergen with an appropriate allergen description so that if, for example, PMS is added to a wine then reports will show "Contains sulphites" etc. This is very handy come bottling and for label declarations.

Manage bottling, inventory and stock distribution with ease

There are a number of systems out there that fail to differentiate between your dry-good stock (the materials you use to produce your wine) and the finished product itself. This has the potential to cause confusion, particularly when you're trying to arm your sales team with accurate stock levels to allocate and distribute to market. There's also the issue of keeping stock in more than one location, such as your cellar door and the warehouse - most systems won't let you do that either. Similarly, from a production standpoint, you want to ensure your winemakers have the supplies they need, when they need it. And, to prepare for the event of a safety recall, its recommended best practice for wineries to track lot/batch information for every procured item (chemicals, corks, bottles, etc) - particularly those things that come into contact with your wine. VINx2 has complete support for both the metric and imperial systems of measure including all United States measures such as Gallons, Short tons and Pounds.

VINx2 allows you to see the state of all vessels in your tank farm via the virtual cellar map that can be displayed on an LCD, Plasma or even projected against a wall.

The map shows the type, state and amount of each wine in vessel as well as clearly identifying scheduled jobs for the day. This helps winemakers plan winery operations more efficiently providing them with an at-a-glance view of the entire winery.

Speed up cellar note recording with bar-code technology

VINx2 is designed to complement the winery work environment and improve its efficiency through bar-coded cellar notes that can be quickly recorded upon job completion. Our intuitive design pre-enters information so that a 'Rack off lees', for example, could be recorded with a quick swipe of the barcode and the entry of your dip ticks - no calculators, no spreadsheets! Compare climate data against grape sampling and analysis

VINx2 allows you to record your own weather readings or provides the option to integrate to localised government weather services such as the Bureau of Meteorology in Australia and the National Weather Service in the United States.

VINx2 can correlate climate data in real-time against grape sampling, product loss and analysis to help you identify trends and assess the impact of climate on your production. This is particularly useful to better understand the effect of the weather on your vineyards during veraision.
