Inventory and Manufacturing
The VINx2 Inventory and Manufacturing module encompasses manufacturing, inventory and warehouse functions allowing wineries to completely manage the bottling and post-production side of winemaking. VINx2 distinguishes between dry-good/consumable stock and finished products allowing you to quickly manage stock levels and warehouse distributions.
The flexibility of VINx2's Bill of Materials (BOM) allows you to bottle your wine in one operation, label in another before finally packaging and shipping to your warehouse. Unlike typical manufacturing systems, VINx2's MRP module understands that a bottled wine is not necessarily the final product and may be resealed, matured, labeled and boxed all before being ready for market. All this combined with stock forecasting and re-ordering intelligence makes VINx2's MRP module the ideal choice for wineries looking for a complete vine to distribution solution.
With this module you can completely integrate to your accounting system via reports designed to show all inputs and outputs into the production system including bulk wine intake, consumable receival, bottling/packaging material lists, stock dispatches and all stock adjustments.
